The Research Department supports staff across the organisation to engage in service based research and evidence based service development . The Department also presents completed research projects to the wider St. Michael's House staff group through a quarterly Research Forum.
The ongoing Research and Teaching Partnership that St. Michael's House and UCD established in 2009 continues to develop.
Note: There is currently a significant shortage of nursing staff nationally and St Michael's House have continous requirements in this area.
There is also some requirment for Social Care Workers.
