Óstán Oileán Acla is a 25 bedroom family run Hotel situated on beautiful Achill Island Co. Mayo.  We offer delicious food served each day beginning with breakfast from 8 am. Lunch from 12.30 pm served up to 8 pm each evening.  The Hotel is situated at the gateway to Achill Island surrounded by blue flag beaches and mountains.  Breath-taking scenery offers our guests a truly magical get away break that they will remember long after they have left the Island.

Placement Details

The person will learn how to prepare to look after customers wishing to dine in our Hotel.

Greeting & acknowledging customers.  Setting tables for lunch & dinner.  Polishing cutlery. How to operate a Bar Till. How to take a food order. How to communicate information to other personal, Chefs, other serving staff, and managers.  Learn to work as part of a team with good humour and a smile at all times.

Please Note you will need to be over 16 years or over to work in bar.
