Dublin One currently employs just under 100 people in a range of different roles from Accommodation Asistants, Baristas, Bar Staff, Chefs, Receptionists, Food & Beverage Assistants, Maintenance and Managers.

Placement Details

• Tour of site and meet fellow colleagues.
• Buddy up with another team member, learn table numbers and till system.
• To learn, understand and know all the menus on offer.
• To become familiar with the type of drinks served.
• Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and napkins.
• Taking food orders from guests and passing orders through to the kitchen.
• To attend to the needs of all guests maintaining a high standard of service.
• Ensure timely delivery of all food & beverage items to guests in the restaurant.
• Ensure that tables are cleared of all used plates, cutlery and glasses and these items are brought to the dish wash area.
• To maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensuring that all payments are handled with care so as no shortages occur.
• Ensure all areas are prepared for the next service period before leaving duty
