Jackies is a 90’s inspired bar on Francis Street in the heart of the Liberties in Dublin 8. We strive to give top quality service in a fun vibrant atmosphere.
Placement Details
Open to students aged 18 years of age or over
We can offer basic bar training by one of our many experienced bar tenders covering areas such as;
- bar opening and closing procedures
- bar set up
- cocktail preparation, training and making drinks
- bar tending
- stocking bars
- floor service
- till experience
- Cusotmer service training
All students will be assigned a mentor so they can shadow this staff member during their work experience. During there time with us they will also work with other staff on different skills.
