Courthouse Restaurant is located in Carrickmacross Co Monaghan. We are established since 2009 and employ 12 team members. Our restaurant is open 4 days a week, Thursday through to Sunday.
We are freshly cooked food, served in a comfortable atmosphere by our excellent, friendly front of house team.
We have a dynamic team both young and old.
Placement Details
Training would be based in the kitchen of the restaurant on all aspects of cooking, manual handling and understanding the product.
They would be very hands on with a view to possible 3 level training once they have completed leaving cert.
