At FlynnPark you will Explore Fingal’s biggest outdoor adventure centre!

With the largest outdoor inflatable WaterPark (seasonal opening times apply), Zipline, Climbing Walls, Aerial Trekking High Tower, Archery, Battlezone Archery, Paintball as well as Splatmaster (a low velocity version of paintball), Disc Golf and so much more…

FlynnPark is based in Ballbriggan, Co. Dublin. We are just of the M1 Motorway.

At FlynnPark you will get to work outdoors, make friends and learn new skills such as those required by our Activity Instructors. You will learn:

• From and work with our experienced instructors
• To carry out daily procedures in a wide variety of activities.
• To give due customer care and meet and greet visitors and groups.
• To support individuals or groups in various activities organised
• To store and control certain equipment in the activity areas
• To become familiar with all product offerings at the park to enable you to help us offer a memorable and fun experience to our customers.

Each year we employ more than 40 staff offering a great opportunity for students to access seasonal employment. We offer a fun and energetic work environment which brings staff back to us year after year.  

Placement Details

To operate all activities according to the required operational standards and best practice set out to all staff in the Operating Procedures Manuals and handbooks.

To work with a team of instructors.

To carry out daily opening and closing procedures in activity areas.

To give due customer care and to meet and greet visitors and groups.

To learn to store, control and use all the equipment in the activity areas.

To be familiar with all product offerings at the park.

To communicate effectively with the Activity Manager and Instructors on all necessary issues.

To see how involved person/s reports and records all accidents/incidents and complaints correctly.

To learn more about programmes and activities particularly team building activities.

To learn safety procedures required for activities.

To attend training courses as required and to meet agreed training needs.

To follow the instruction of your line manager at all times.
