Placement Details

Reporting to the Departmental Manager or their designate you will provide a consistently friendly and efficient service. You will be courteous and hospitable to all customers, and you will always ensure that the service provided meets Hotel service standards and exceeds guest expectations.

• Students will be involved with different departments within the Hotel to make the most of their placement
• Meeting and Greeting guests
• Table service and food service. Taking orders and serving food and drink promptly
• Housekeeping tasks
• Meeting rooms set up

Students will be assigned a Manager or Supervisor who will mentor them during their placement.
