Placement Details

Food and Beverage

Assist in setting up and resetting tables for service.

Take and relay food and drink orders with accuracy. Serve meals and beverages to guests, maintaining professional service standards.

Learn about menu items and provide recommendations to guests. Help with event setups, such as weddings and banquets.

Gain insight into stock management and beverage preparation. Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams.

Administrator Provide administrative support to various departments. Assist with guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Learn booking and reservation systems, handling both accommodations and events. Maintain and organise records and documents.

Support marketing efforts, such as social media content or event promotions. Assist in scheduling, payroll preparation, or other operational tasks.

Gain exposure to the behind-the-scenes operations of a four-star hotel.

Housekeeping Assist in the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms and suites. Restock guest room amenities, such as toiletries and linens.

Learn about laundry operations, including sorting and folding.

Help with maintaining cleanliness in public areas and meeting rooms.

Inspect rooms to ensure they meet the hotel’s high-quality standards.

Gain knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
