Placement Details

Students will be given a brief but comprehensive introduction to the training process for food & beverage servers. 

Experience will include:

service mis-en-place,

barista skills,

customer care,

order taking,

payment procedures, 

handling of customer complaints,

some bartender skills. 

Please note you will need to be 16 years or older to work in the bar area.
