The Westport Plaza Hotel and The Castlecourt Hotel are located in the centre of Westport town, close to amenities.  The Westport Coast Hotel is Westports only Waterfront Hotel.

Placement Details

We are offering work placements in all areas of our hotel including the following;

• Receptionist, Reservations Agent
• Sales & Marketing
• Barista
• Chef roles
• Waiter/ess
• Bartender
• Mixologist

Note: You will need to be 16 years or older to work in the bar.

We will offer our guests a great Hotel experience with genuine friendly service.

We believe our team is our greatest asset and we promote a happy workplace where staff treat each other with respect and courtesy.

Customer service training will be provided to staff within each department of Hotel Group.

A supervisor will be assigned to new team members during the course of the placement.

We will always greet our customers both internal and external by their name and offer assistance if required.

We will create a positive approach when dealing with customers and always thank them for their custom.
