Fairways Hotel is an iconic Dundalk Hotel property since the 1960’s. The Hotel closed in 2015 and has been re-built/re-developed and officially opened in November 2019 with 113 bedrooms on three floors, all designed to the highest four star standards. We have an ultra cool, modern and slick all day easy dining Brasserie, 1000 capacity ballroom and conference suite suitable for weddings, concerts and conferences. We believe we will be the premier Hotel in Dundalk and the North East.
We employee over 100 staff and everyone employed is done so with the intention to grow and develop. We have a culture of saying 'Thank-You' and respecting one and other. We are very much a team with no attitude, no ego's, no solo runs, no bad days. One team one focus!

Placement Details
Working in the various departments of the Hotel including our food and beverage departments, front office, finance and accommodation departments.
Serving customers, taking reservations, entering bookings in to our systems, checking guests in to the hotel, working alongside the Accommodation Manager, getting incites on how each department is run. Communicating with the General Manager and Deputy General Manager, receive incites on how we collect and deal with guest and employee feedback, attending morning team meetings.
