Very busy trendy restaurant based in Dingle overlooking Dingle harbour & marina, fun work environment but hard work, with the reward of good Tips!! We employ about 25 people in service doing both bar and waiting also behind the scenes in kitchen washup, prep, cleaning, and cooking. We are interested in anyone with an interest in the service industry, helping people, working hard and someone who wants to learn the bar trade (Mixology) etc.
