Placement Details

Main Tasks of Work Placement:

• To wear a clean uniform and name badge at all times

• To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.

• Greet guests with a smile and in a polite friendly manner.

• Adhering to safe food preparation, handling, service and storage.

• Taking table orders.

• Delivering orders efficiently to kitchen.

• Table service with correct order.

• Clearing tables to wash up and cleaning tables with appropriate cleaning agent.

• Reset tables.

• Keeping workstations, clean, tidy and refilled at all times

• To report all guest feedback to a Supervisor or Manager

• To be fully aware of any menu updates and hotel promotions.

You will be provided with a mentor on your placement.
