Placement Details

If you like working as part of a large family orientated team then a career in hospitality is for you. Our warmth is at the heart of our guest experience and this warmth is created by our wonderful teams of staff in our four 4 Star properties across Ireland. 

During your work experience students will be given the opportunity to:

• Gain experience in various departments across the hotel. Whether you find a flare in the kitchen helping our Chefs create amazing dishes for guests or in our accommodation giving our rooms that attention to detail that make our guests feel so comfortable you will be given the time to experience all that makes a hotel tick. 
• Our hotels host large conferences and events. These events require meticulous planning and organisation before and during the events so that it all runs smoothly. You will be given the opportunity to be part of a team for event set up with the direction of an event coordinator.
