As a 4* property owned by one of Irelands leading Hotel groups, INUA the Radisson Blu Hotel Sligo employs over 160 people and has an outstanding reputation as a choice wedding venue in Sligo.

Set back on Rosses Point road the hotel has views of the bay from the front and of the majestic Benbulben from the back giving guests some of the best views Sligo has to offer.

A role in Hospitality at the Radisson Blu Sligo could mean anything from Chef to Spa Therapist, Sales or Accommodation Assistant, Server to Swim instructor and a whole lot in between.

INUA as a group really invests in its people and should you wish to enter the industry on a permanent basis on completion of your studies there are programs such as the Commis Chef training program and Trainee Manager program that will really give you a head start in the wide world of Hospitality.

Placement Details

Working in one of three key areas of our busy 4 Star operation, no two days of your placement will be the same.

Learning to serve in our Brasserie, using our Point of Sales system or checking our prided accommodation under the watchful eye of our accommodation manager you will see what it takes to set and achieve the standards of presentation required to keep our valued guests happy.

Don't worry though, you will be well prepared to take on any challenge we set you.

Your placement will begin with a site induction and walk around and throughout your time with us at the Radisson you will be supported by your own mentor and of course your trusty TY Radisson Blu Workbook.
