Bunkers Bar & Restaurant is a family run business which is located on the main Ring of Kerry Road in the town of Killorglin, famous for Puck Fair, offering a warm and friendly atmosphere.

We are open 7 days a week and employ between 25-30 people in all areas of the business from waiting, bar and kitchen staff.

Placement Details

Meeting and greeting customers

Taking customer orders and placing them on the tills.  Shown how to operate said tills.

Giving orders to the kitchen.

Completion of customer bills and collection of monies for same. 

Balancing of tills.

General up keep and hygiene of the Restaurant/Bar area.

Keeping the front section of the building clean, e. g footpaths to be swept every morning.

Responsible for setting out daily salads and desserts, ensuring stock rotation.

Preparation of salads and sandwiches to order.

Completion of HACCP sheets.

Kitchen - Preparing food, wash up, cleaning

Please note you will need to be 16 years or older to work in the bar area.
