NUI Galway Open Day Taking Place Tomorrow

As you may have heard in the news, NUI Galway detected an attempted cyberattack yesterday and as a precaution, some of our university systems are offline. Thankfully, our Virtual Open Day event is being hosted on an external platform and is unaffected by the attempt, so Open Day will proceed as planned this Saturday from 12pm to 4pm.

The NUI Galway website is currently down however there are some useful links below for Guidance Counsellors and students:

•  Register in advance: Registration is still open! Students can register here for the event. 
•  Plan your day: The programme of activity is available here.
•  Browse the platform: The platform will be available for visitors to browse in advance from about 2pm this afternoon. Students can join the platform here and create an account.
