This course is suitable for participants who have an interest in pursuing a career in the fitness industry. The course will provide practical experience in teaching resistance training and flexibility, experiencing a circuit class and methods of adapting exercise programmes for specialist populations.
Please bring the following: Tracksuit pants or shorts; T-shirt, Runners for exercising, towel and water.
